Returning an unwanted item?
We get it, sometimes some things just don’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition (i.e unworn, unused, free from damage and with tag untampered and in proper position), we may accept returns and refund the amount of the scrub while you pay for the shipping. Items may be refused that have signs of damage or wear and tear. If you return an item within 10 days of the item being delivered to you, we’ll give you a refund by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
***Please note- A restocking fee of $12 may be charged for items that require additional maintenance which is made at our discretion upon receipt of your returned item***
In order to initiate a return and refund, you may send an email to email@example.com. We will inform you whether your return has been accepted or not. If accepted, we will send you a shipping label that includes instructions on how to return the item. Once, the item is received, we will be in contact with you once the item has been thoroughly inspected for damages or other issues. If your return is approved at this point, you will then receive an automatic debit to the original form of payment which will be subject to your bank processing time and other factors pertaining to your original payment method.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. So, make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we’re able to locate the items (it’s not always possible) and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Want to exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size, style or color, please place a new order and then return your unwanted order.
